Due to recent increases in fuel and transportation costs, a temporary fuel surcharge has been added to help offset rising operational expenses. This charge will be reviewed periodically as market conditions change. We appreciate your understanding.

Standard 8 Ft Wooden Post Rental:

Rent our standard 8 foot wooden colonial style post for 6 months. This price includes the removal of the post. Our posts are freshly painted white, and comes with “S” hooks to hang your sign. If you rather have zip ties, you may request our driver leave a couple for you in the “installer instructions” field when placing your order.

Flyer Box Rental:

Rent a plastic, durable brochure box that holds up t0 100 flyers. Please note, we can’t guarantee a specific style, but most of our flyer boxes have a clear front and come with a business card holder inside them and come in either Black or white.

Perma Flyer:

Weather proof flyer. If you email your completed flyer (PDF) to office@nwrealtysign.com by 10:00am, one business day before your install date, we will have the Permanent Flyer printed in time to have it installed with your post.

Service Requests

Add Flyer Box: $35

If your post is already installed and you need to add a Flyer Box, it’s $10 for the Flyer Box and a $25 trip charge to have it installed.

These services apply to previously installed posts

Add Permanent Flyer: $50

If your post is already installed and you need to add a Permanent Flyer, it’s $25 to have us print the Permanent Flyer, and a trip charge to have it installed.

Hang a new sign: $25

There’s a $25 trip charge for us to send a driver to hang a new sign – i.e: Coming Soon Rider, Name Rider or any other sign you wish to be added to your post.

Moving/Re-installing: $25

We will always put your post in the most visible spot, but we prefer that you place one of our flags or any kind of visible marker in the location where you want the post. If the sign needs to be moved in a different location, there is a $25 trip charge for us to send a driver back.

Post Leaning/Fell Over: $25

There are times a post will lean/fall over due to weather or vandalism. This is not covered by us. We will only do it as a courtesy if it was an installer error and there was an issue with the post within a week or two. Outside this timeframe the agent is responsible to pay a trip charge to fix the post. If the post goes missing, we do not charge a fee.

Renewal: $15

Our post rentals are for 6 months. If you need the post for an additional 6 months there is a $15 renewal fee. This is automatically charged at the end of your 6 month rental. We will send you an email notifying you of the renewal and at that time you can choose to have the post removed or move forward with the additional 6 months.

Removal: No cost

When you are done with your post rental you can request a removal of the post. Our removals are completed in 1-3 business days. You can either email or call in your removal request or fill out the removal request form.

Cancelation Fee: $10

If you cancel an order within 1 day of the scheduled install date you’ll receive a refund minus a $10 cancelation fee.

Significant Damage/Missing Post Fee: $60

Significant damage and/or missing posts will incur a $60 fee.
